Practitioner vetting and project checks are different things. Vetting is ours: a CV review, then a 30-minute conversation with a practitioner who has done the work. Project checks are agreed with you, sized to the assignment, and funded by the hiring agency.
Associates are never charged for finding work or mandatory checks.

A simple introduction
Our standard offer covers sourcing, practitioner vetting and the introduction, payable when the associate starts—not ongoing delivery support. Terms and an early-exit policy are agreed before any introduction.
An optional continuity pilot
Monthly practitioner check-ins and replacement sourcing if needed, for an explicitly agreed support period. No guaranteed replacement or project outcomes.
Your agency keeps the end-client contract, payroll and compliance responsibilities. Commercial fees are paid by the agency, never deducted from associate rates. Contracts and invoices are issued by CONJUNCTI CONSULTING LTD.
